Gold rates displayed on our platform are live rates sourced directly from Kerala bullion associations. While we make every effort to display accurate live prices, rates are subject to market volatility and lock in only at checkout completion.
3. BIS CERTIFICATION & PURITY
All gold jewellery sold by OMIGA Jewellers is guaranteed to be 100% certified with BIS Hallmarking. We provide certificate documentation with every transaction.
4. BUYBACK GUARANTEE
We offer a lifetime buyback guarantee on all our products. Buyback calculations are conducted based on the live gold rates on the day of exchange, minus making charges and melting losses as per industry standards.
5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
All transactions, schemes, and disputes are governed under the local jurisdiction laws of Thrissur, Kerala, India.
