1. DELIVERY COVERAGE
We offer free insured delivery across all major cities and pin codes in India. Due to regulatory policies, international shipping is currently unavailable.
2. TRANSIT INSURANCE
Every parcel sent by OMIGA Jewellers is 100% insured against loss, theft, or damage in transit. The insurance ceases automatically once the parcel is signed and accepted by you at the delivery address.
3. TIMELINES
Standard items are processed and dispatched within 2 business days. Custom orders (e.g. custom name pendants or custom ring sizes) require up to 7-10 business days to manufacture before shipping. Delivery takes 3-5 business days depending on location.
4. SECURE PACKAGING
Your jewelry is packed inside our signature tamper-proof box v5 inside sealed structural containers. Please do not accept delivery if the outer seal or package appears damaged or open.
