1. 7-DAY RETURN WINDOW

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return window from the date you receive your order. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a replacement or a full refund.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS

To qualify for a refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original unused condition, with all tags intact, accompanied by the original invoice and the BIS Hallmark purity certificate.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Customized orders (e.g. customized names, custom engravings) and personalized sizes are non-returnable. Gold coins are also excluded from 7-day returns, but qualify for our lifetime buyback guarantee.

4. REFUND PROCESSING

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (or bank account) within 5-7 business days after the item passes our purity testing and verification checks at our headquarters.
