We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy for all standard ornaments. To be eligible, items must be returned with their original BIS Hallmark purity tags intact, in unworn condition, and within original protective packaging.

Custom bespoke jewelry, engraved pieces, and promotional clearance sales items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a certified manufacturing defect.
